They're "LEEDs" Platinum certified...it's a little disturbing that people who supposedly went through the certification process don't know how to spell the acronym correctly, but other than that; the net-zero attempt is commendable for sure. The distance from amenities and the city will mean more private vehicle commuting. Not sure how black metal roofs are considered to be 'cool roofs' either. A solid good start for the Atlanta area. Much better than most. I'm sure the 20+ corporate sponsors they had helped out :) Not bad.
