Japan’s Annual Dolphin Killing Set To Start Again In 2 Weeks.

For all of its technological advances, Japan still has one foot firmly planted in truly archaic, brutal, unnecessary, and barbaric traditions. Along with the country’s continued whaling efforts, the Japanese city of Taiji engages in a ritualistic culling of hundreds of dolphins every year. The new film The Cove explores the concerted effort to keep this hidden not only from the world, but the Japanese people themselves. Go see it and do what you can to stop it.
